The Feat of Trust- underwater Cristmas
Cristmas-43. H.M. submarine Taurus cruisied in Indian ocean. She met a Jap convoy and striked. One merchant vessel was damaged. One escort destroyer started a hunting to revenge.
There was a finish of the difficult sub's cruise. Sub couldn't strike next time 'cause she didn't have other torpedoes. She couldn't surface to shot the destroyer 'cause her shell room was empty too... She could try to avoid only ... The watches drived the ship but another crew could only wait. This was a terribly to wait death alone. And - the captain remembered 'bout Cristmas. All duty-off crew were gathered together in the Central Post. The captain was instead a priest. The sub shaked by powerful exploses but the sailors singed psalms and the prayers. They prised Christ the Savior and Our Lady. This service was under the water... and the jap destroyer hunted for them on the surface. Lord is good. Japans finished their hunting without any result.
